Manage shared scenarios

Open Shared from the application navigation to find invitations you have received, accepted Scenarios owned by someone else, and sharing for Scenarios you own.

The page is divided into Invitations, Shared with me, and Shared by me so each kind of access has a clear home.

Invitations contains pending invitations received by the account you are currently using. Each invitation shows the Scenario name, owner, assigned role, and invitation date without revealing the Scenario's financial details.

Choose Accept to begin access or Decline to remove the invitation. A paused invitation remains unavailable until the owner's sharing feature becomes active again.

Shared with me contains accepted Scenarios owned by another user. These Scenarios appear only here, not on your normal Scenarios page, and they do not replace your baseline.

• See whether your assigned role is Viewer or Editor.
• Choose Open scenario while the owner's sharing feature is active.
• Choose Leave when you no longer want access.

Shared by me contains each Scenario you own that has at least one pending invitation or accepted collaborator. Use Invitations and collaborators within a Scenario card to review sharing.

• Review pending invitations and accepted collaborators.
• See Viewer and Editor roles.
• Choose Add collaborator to invite another account.
• Select a different role and choose Update role for an accepted collaborator.
• Choose Revoke invitation for a pending invitation.
• Choose Revoke access for an accepted collaborator.

• An owned private Scenario appears on Scenarios.
• An owned shared Scenario appears on both Scenarios and Shared by me.
• A Scenario owned by someone else appears only under Shared with me after you accept its invitation.
