Scenario sharing plans and limits

• Free users cannot share Scenarios they own.
• Core users can share up to two owned Scenarios.
• Premium users can share unlimited owned Scenarios.
• A recipient may remain on the Free plan and still use an accepted shared Scenario.

The owner's plan controls whether sharing is active. A recipient does not need to move to the owner's plan to accept or use a shared Scenario.

• The limit counts owned Scenarios with at least one pending invitation or accepted collaborator.
• It does not count the total number of collaborators.
• One Scenario shared with several people still counts as one shared Scenario.
• Pending invitations count toward the limit.
• After every pending invitation and accepted collaborator is removed, the Scenario stops counting as shared.
• Incoming shared Scenarios do not count against the recipient's own Scenario allowance.

Receiving and accepting a shared Scenario does not use one of your owned-Scenario slots or a shared-Scenario slot. This remains true on Free, Core, and Premium.

The shared Scenario remains owned by the person who created it and appears under Shared with me rather than on your normal Scenarios page.

If an owner moves from Premium to Core while sharing more than two Scenarios, the existing shared Scenarios remain available and existing collaborators are not automatically removed.

The owner cannot begin sharing another private Scenario while above the Core limit. Removing every invitation and collaborator from enough Scenarios brings usage back within the Core allowance and restores normal Core sharing.

If an owner moves from a paid plan to Free, existing sharing relationships are preserved but shared access is paused rather than deleted. Collaborators cannot open Scenario details, and pending invitations cannot be accepted while sharing is paused.

The owner can still revoke pending invitations or accepted access. Sharing can resume if the owner returns to an eligible Core or Premium plan.
