Veylo LLC (“Veylo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of Cashflow Scenarios.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you access or use Cashflow Scenarios, including our website, application, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” refer to the individual accessing or using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Cashflow Scenarios and which features you use.
A. Account Information
When you create or maintain a Cashflow Scenarios account, we may collect information such as:
- your email address;
- account and user identifiers;
- authentication-related information;
- account creation and verification information;
- account status;
- subscription or entitlement status; and
- records associated with your acceptance of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other agreements.
Passwords and authentication credentials are handled through our authentication systems and service providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
B. Financial Scenario Information You Provide
Cashflow Scenarios is designed to allow you to manually enter information for personal financial planning and scenario modeling.
Depending on how you use the Service, this information may include:
- scenario names and descriptions;
- income source names;
- income amounts and payment frequencies;
- recurring bills;
- bill amounts, frequencies, and due dates;
- living-cost estimates;
- one-time expenses or income events;
- start and end dates;
- financial assumptions;
- information stored in your reusable or master library;
- scenario-sharing settings; and
- other information that you voluntarily enter into a financial scenario.
We refer to this information collectively as “Scenario Data.”
Scenario Data may reveal information about your personal or household financial circumstances. You should therefore use care when deciding what information to enter into the Service or share with another person.
C. Information We Do Not Require
Cashflow Scenarios is designed as a manual financial scenario-planning tool.
The Service does not require you to connect a bank account, credit card account, investment account, payroll account, or other financial institution account in order to create financial scenarios.
We do not ask you to provide online banking usernames or passwords.
The Service is also not designed to collect highly sensitive identifiers such as:
- Social Security numbers;
- government-issued identification numbers;
- full bank account numbers;
- full payment card numbers;
- payment card security codes; or
- passwords for accounts operated by other companies.
You should not enter this type of information into scenario names, bill descriptions, income descriptions, support requests, or other free-text fields.
D. Subscription and Billing Information
If you purchase a paid subscription, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
We may receive and maintain billing-related information such as:
- your subscription plan;
- billing interval;
- subscription status;
- customer or subscription identifiers;
- payment status;
- renewal information;
- transaction amounts;
- refund or dispute information; and
- limited billing information provided by the payment processor.
Payment card information is processed by our payment processor. Cashflow Scenarios does not intentionally store full payment card numbers or card security codes within its own application database.
E. Communications, Support, and Feedback
If you contact us, submit a support request, report a problem, or provide product feedback, we may collect:
- your email address;
- account identifiers;
- the contents of your message;
- support or feedback category;
- information you voluntarily provide about the issue; and
- our communications with you.
Please avoid including sensitive financial information in a support request unless it is reasonably necessary for us to understand the issue.
F. Scenario Sharing Information
If you use a feature that allows a scenario to be shared with another person, we may process information necessary to create, maintain, secure, and deliver that sharing functionality.
This may include:
- the scenario or portions of the scenario you elect to share;
- sharing identifiers or tokens;
- access status;
- timestamps;
- technical information associated with access to the shared scenario; and
- other information needed to operate or secure the sharing feature.
People with whom you share a scenario may be able to view the Scenario Data included in that scenario.
You are responsible for deciding what information to share and with whom.
G. Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use Cashflow Scenarios, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information.
Depending on the technology being used, this may include:
- Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
- browser type and version;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages or features accessed;
- referring pages or URLs;
- dates and times of access;
- session or device identifiers;
- general or approximate geographic information derived from network information;
- application performance information;
- error and diagnostic information;
- feature-usage information;
- security events; and
- information used to detect automated traffic, abuse, fraud, or other security threats.
We use this information primarily to operate, secure, analyze, maintain, and improve the Service.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cashflow Scenarios and the service providers that support it may use cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication tokens, or similar technologies.
These technologies may be used to:
- keep you signed in;
- maintain application functionality;
- remember certain preferences;
- protect accounts and the Service from abuse;
- understand how the Service is used;
- diagnose technical problems;
- measure application performance; and
- improve the Service.
Some of these technologies are necessary for the Service to operate correctly.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete certain cookies or storage mechanisms. Doing so may cause portions of Cashflow Scenarios to stop functioning correctly.
We do not currently use Cashflow Scenarios to deliver third-party behavioral advertising.
3. How We Use Information
We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy for the following purposes.
A. Providing the Service
We use information to:
- create and maintain user accounts;
- authenticate users;
- store Scenario Data;
- calculate and display financial scenarios;
- duplicate and compare scenarios;
- maintain reusable financial items and libraries;
- provide scenario-sharing functionality;
- manage subscriptions and feature entitlements; and
- otherwise provide functionality requested by the user.
B. Operating and Improving Cashflow Scenarios
We may use information to:
- understand how users interact with the Service;
- measure adoption and usage of features;
- identify errors and performance problems;
- improve application design and usability;
- test and improve existing features;
- develop new features;
- troubleshoot technical issues; and
- maintain the reliability of the Service.
C. Security and Abuse Prevention
We may use information to:
- authenticate users;
- protect accounts;
- prevent unauthorized access;
- identify suspicious or automated activity;
- detect fraud or abuse;
- enforce usage and subscription restrictions;
- investigate security incidents;
- protect our infrastructure; and
- enforce our Terms of Use.

- send email-verification or password-reset messages;

4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information in the ordinary course of operating Cashflow Scenarios.
We may disclose information in the circumstances described below.
A. Service Providers
We use third-party companies to perform functions necessary to operate Cashflow Scenarios.
These service providers may perform functions such as:
- application hosting;
- database hosting;
- authentication;
- cloud infrastructure;
- content delivery and network services;
- payment processing;
- transactional email delivery;
- application analytics;
- performance monitoring;
- security and abuse prevention; and
- other technical or operational services.
These providers may process information on our behalf or in connection with the services they provide to us.
We seek to provide service providers only with information reasonably necessary for their functions and expect them to handle information consistently with their contractual and legal obligations.
B. People You Choose to Share Information With
When you intentionally use a scenario-sharing feature, information included in the shared scenario may become accessible to the people you authorize or to people who obtain access through the sharing method you use.
Once another person has legitimately accessed information that you shared, that person may be able to copy, record, screenshot, save, or further disclose the information.
We cannot control information after another person has independently copied or saved it outside of Cashflow Scenarios.
C. Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- respond to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or other valid legal process;
- respond to an enforceable governmental request;
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- enforce our Terms of Use;
- protect the rights or property of Veylo;
- protect the safety of our users or others; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
D. Business Transactions
If Veylo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information associated with Cashflow Scenarios may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
Any successor’s use of Personal Information will remain subject to applicable law and any privacy commitments that continue to apply.
E. Aggregated or Deidentified Information
We may create or use information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to a particular individual or household.
We may use such information for purposes such as:
- product analytics;
- business planning;
- research;
- security analysis;
- understanding general usage trends; and
- improving Cashflow Scenarios.
We will handle aggregated or deidentified information in accordance with applicable law.
5. Sale of Personal Information and Advertising
Veylo does not currently sell Personal Information for monetary consideration through Cashflow Scenarios.
We also do not currently use Personal Information collected through Cashflow Scenarios to provide third-party targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
If our practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out rights required by applicable law before applying the new practice as required.
6. Access to User Financial Information by Veylo
Scenario Data is stored so that Cashflow Scenarios can provide the functionality requested by users.
Authorized Veylo personnel and service providers may have the technical ability to access certain user information.
Access to user information may occur when reasonably necessary to:
- provide requested customer support;
- investigate a technical problem;
- diagnose application or database errors;
- investigate suspected fraud or abuse;
- respond to a security incident;
- maintain or repair the Service;
- comply with law; or
- otherwise operate and protect Cashflow Scenarios.
We do not intend for user Scenario Data to be routinely reviewed by Veylo personnel merely because it is available within our systems.
7. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and why it was collected.
Account and Scenario Data
Account information and Scenario Data may generally be retained while your account remains active.
If you delete your Cashflow Scenarios account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or deidentify account information and Scenario Data associated with that account, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, billing, and recordkeeping requirements.
Billing Records
Certain subscription, transaction, tax, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, or payment-related records may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary or required by law.
Support and Security Records
We may retain support communications, security events, abuse-prevention records, and similar information for a reasonable period when necessary to protect the Service, resolve disputes, document actions taken, or satisfy legal obligations.
Backups
Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in backup, disaster-recovery, logging, or archival systems until those systems are overwritten or the applicable retention period expires.
Shared Information
Deleting your account or disabling a shared scenario does not necessarily delete copies that another person previously downloaded, copied, recorded, screenshotted, or otherwise saved outside of Cashflow Scenarios.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss.
These protections may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, secure communications, database security controls, infrastructure protections, monitoring, and abuse-prevention mechanisms.
However, no Internet-connected service, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
You also play an important role in protecting your information. You should:
- use a strong and unique password;
- protect access to your email account and devices;
- avoid sharing your authentication credentials;
- use care when distributing scenario-sharing links; and
- promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting Personal Information, we will investigate and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Veylo and your information.
These rights may include the ability to:
- request information about Personal Information we collect or process;
- request access to Personal Information associated with you;
- request correction of inaccurate Personal Information;
- request deletion of certain Personal Information;
- request a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain uses or disclosures where applicable;
- withdraw certain consent where processing depends on consent; or
- appeal certain decisions relating to a privacy request where required by law.
Some rights are subject to exceptions and limitations.
For example, we may need to retain information to comply with law, complete transactions, maintain security records, prevent fraud, establish or defend legal claims, or fulfill other lawful obligations.
Account Controls
Where available, you may manage or delete certain information directly through your Cashflow Scenarios account.
Account Deletion
You may use the account-deletion functionality provided through the Service to request deletion of your account and associated information.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Where permitted by law, we may deny or limit a request if we cannot reasonably verify the requester’s identity, if an exception applies, or if fulfilling the request would conflict with applicable law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right granted by applicable law.
10. Marketing Communications
We may send administrative and transactional communications that are necessary to operate your account, including:
- account verification;
- password-reset messages;
- security notifications;
- subscription or billing communications;
- support responses;
- policy updates; and
- important Service announcements.
These communications are not promotional communications and may continue while necessary to provide or administer your account.
If we send optional marketing communications, you may opt out using the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or another opt-out mechanism we provide.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary administrative or transactional communications.
11. Children’s Privacy
Cashflow Scenarios is intended for adults and is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create or maintain accounts.
If we learn that information has been collected from a person under 18 in violation of our eligibility requirements, we may take reasonable steps to delete the information and terminate the associated account, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Cashflow Scenarios may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Veylo in connection with Cashflow Scenarios. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties.
Third-party websites and services may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
We encourage you to review the privacy practices of third parties before providing information directly to them.
13. Processing Locations
Veylo is based in the United States and Cashflow Scenarios is currently intended for users located in the United States.
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or in other locations where our service providers maintain infrastructure or personnel.
Those locations may have privacy or data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you reside.
We handle Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law regardless of where our service providers process it.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, technology, data practices, legal obligations, or business operations change.
Each published version of this Privacy Policy may be identified using a version number and effective date.
For example, changes may include:
- clarifications to existing language;
- changes in information we collect;
- new features that process additional information;
- changes in how information is used;
- changes in service providers or processing practices where disclosure is appropriate; or
- changes necessary to comply with law.
When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Notification may include an email, a notice within Cashflow Scenarios, a notice on our website, or another method appropriate to the change.
