Account and Billing

Full Access passes and payments

Learn how one-time pass purchases, access duration, stacking, and expiration work.

Purchasing a pass

Every account starts with Free access, including the baseline and one what-if Scenario. When Checkout is enabled and configured, Settings shows the available Decision, Planning, and Household passes.

Choosing an available pass starts a hosted Stripe Checkout session for a one-time payment. A verified successful payment grants Full Access after the Stripe webhook is processed.

Pass choices

Decision provides 45 days for $14.99, Planning provides 180 days for $34.99, and Household provides 365 days for $59.99. Every active pass unlocks the same Full Access features.

Passes do not renew automatically. Settings is the source of truth for the choices currently available, and Stripe Checkout confirms the amount before payment.

Payment processing

Pass payments are completed in hosted Stripe Checkout. Cashflow Scenarios does not provide a recurring-billing portal because passes are one-time purchases.

Stacking access time

Buying another pass while Full Access is active adds the new pass duration after the current access expiration. It does not replace or shorten time you already purchased.

If access has already expired, a new pass begins when its payment is fulfilled. Different pass types can be stacked because pass type changes duration, not features.

What happens after expiration

Expiration does not delete Scenarios or other financial data. Existing owned Scenarios remain available to view, edit, and delete after the account returns to Free.

Free includes one baseline and one what-if Scenario. If the account has more than one what-if Scenario when Full Access ends, existing work remains available, but creating or duplicating another Scenario is blocked until usage is within the Free allowance or another pass becomes active.

Payment completion and security

An unpaid, failed, expired, or incomplete Checkout session does not grant access. After a successful payment, Settings may briefly show a processing message while the verified webhook records the purchase in Cashflow Scenarios.

Cashflow Scenarios does not make refund guarantees or define a separate refund workflow in the current implementation. Contact support if you need help with a pass payment.
